  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, especially outside the Netherlands, if international

  • Meet TU Delft’s language requirements (English proficiency) as per the MSc programme applied to

  • Submit both their MSc application and the scholarship application (including required documents) by the deadline
